THE PERFECT MIX

Pisco Chilcanos

  • 30 ml of pisco
  • 15 ml of lime juice
  • Drops of Angostura bitters
  • 3 grams of sugar
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Ginger Ale to taste
  • Slice of lemon

Let’s do it!

Put the pisco, lime juice, drops of Angostura bitters and sugar in a glass. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the ice, the slice of lemon and fill the glass with ginger ale.
